Operator

Assemble, Configure, Laser mark or fabricate wiring and or mechanical parts, handling of materials, Metals, Fabrics, Plastics, and or finished products together using a variety of tools and equipment according to required blueprints, Layouts, and component overviews in a specific area of a production line in a manufacturing organization. Set up and operation of PCBA equipment, test equipment utilizing IPC standards

Responsibilities:

• Read, interpret, and follow written work instructions or procedures to accurately assembly products
• Utilize hand tools such as handheld screwdrivers, cordless/pneumatic drill guns and other job specific tooling as required by departmental SOP
• Follow SOP’s, change control / validation processes, and adhere to established programs for GMP compliance
• Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures

Qualifications:

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
• 0-2 years of experience in Manufacturing environment
• Must have the willingness to learn and be trained on various types of equipment
• Moderately complex work performed within established practices and procedures requiring critical thinking skills
• Demonstrate the willingness to cross train across various production cells
• Experience with Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical assembly processes and measurements
