Operate and monitor CNC Lathe machines to produce precision parts and components.
Follow detailed instructions and blueprints to ensure accurate and consistent production.
Perform regular machine maintenance and troubleshooting to optimize performance.
Collaborate with the team to meet production goals and deadlines.
Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
Assist in training and mentoring new machinists as needed.
Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in CNC technology.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of production processes.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or machining environment is preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Basic understanding of CNC programming and machine operations.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to precision.
Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials as needed.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic production environment.
