Our Company

The Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation (TRMF) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and North Dakota’s premier tourism and hospitality provider. TRMF welcomes hundreds of thousands of guests each year to Medora through a diverse lineup of entertainment, historical, educational, hospitality, and guest service experiences.

Founded in 1986 after the Schafer family donated their Medora operations to establish the Foundation, TRMF continues to connect people to Medora for positive, life-changing experiences. Today, TRMF is supported by more than 90 full-time employees, hundreds of seasonal employees, and over 650 volunteers.

We are a team inspired by Medora. We respect this place and the people we meet here. We deliver excellence in hospitality, work with creativity and integrity, and value the people who help bring Medora to life each season.
