What You’ll Be Doing:

• Set up, update, and maintain employee data in HRIS
• Follow up with hiring managers to get necessary information for an offer
• I9 management
• Follow up with new hires to assure all necessary forms are completed for employment
• File personnel documents
• Assist with new hire orientation as needed
• Assist with employee notifications and communications
• Assist the support team with administrative and clerical duties
• Ability to work well with other employees and departments within the company
• Regular attendance and punctuality required
• Other projects and duties as assigned

Qualifications: 

• High School Diploma or equivalent 
• Valid driver’s license required
• Highly organized
• Can work independently as well as a team
• Proficient in Microsoft products including Excel, Word, and Outlook
