Do you love connecting with people, sharing your passion for great food, and turning an ordinary meal into an unforgettable dining experience?

At Parks Hospitality Group, we are looking for a warm and enthusiastic Restaurant Server to join our Food & Beverage family. In this highly interactive role, you will be more than an order-taker—you will be the guide to our menu and the creator of positive dining memories. What You’ll Do:

• Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming dining experience.
• Present menus, take accurate orders, and provide tailored recommendations.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring accuracy and attention to guest needs.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, addressing requests and refilling beverages.
• Respond knowledgeably to guest inquiries about menu items and dietary needs.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate concerns to management if needed.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including dining area setup and workstation cleaning.

What You’ll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of restaurant serving experience.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Why You’ll Love Working Here:

• Immediate medical and dental benefits starting on your very first day for full-time team members.
• Paid time off (PTO) for all team members, because we value your well-being.
• Earn an extra $50–$150+ per month through performance incentives, plus cash awards for quarterly and/or annual performance ($250-$500).
• Explore the globe with heavily discounted room rates at brand hotels worldwide for you and your family.
• Opportunities for personal and professional growth within Parks Hospitality Group, a company recognized as a Best Place to Work.
