MANAGING ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT | Constitutional and Administrative Law Division

Position Requirements: 

·         Administrative and legal support experience preferred.

·         Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.

·         Effective written and verbal communication skills.

·         Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and sound judgment.

·         Solution-oriented outlook and the ability to work well as a member of a team.

·         Ability to remain calm, be flexible, and exercise good judgment in a fast-paced environment, including when unexpected, and sometimes time-sensitive, cases come in or tasks arise.

·         Ability to interact and communicate with others effectively and professionally.

·         Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as case management systems such as OnBase, preferred.

·         Prior supervisory experience helpful.
