About A+ Communications, Security & Home Solutions

A+ Communications, Security & Home Solutions, a subsidiary of Hy-Vee, Inc., has designed, installed and serviced low-voltage systems since 2001. We provide security and fire alarm, camera, audio/video, point-of-sale and communications systems for Hy-Vee stores, businesses and homes across an eight-state area. Our 60-plus technicians build licensed trade careers here, progressing from trainee to senior technician.

The Role and Why It's Important

The Warehouse & POS/SCO Support Technician supports the general needs of the warehouse, including fulfilling and processing orders, accepting incoming shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory, while also providing hands-on support and repair for Self-Checkout (SCO) and related POS equipment. This role blends warehouse organization with technical equipment servicing to keep both the warehouse and store-level POS/SCO systems running smoothly. If you're organized, detail-oriented and enjoy hands-on technical work, you'll excel in this role.
