- Set machine parameters, feed material, and pack pallets according to production orders.
- Print and apply production ID labels; stage finished pallets for storage.
- Monitor product quality throughout the process and follow all quality guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area; change blades and report maintenance issues as needed.
- Operate forklifts and hoists to move raw materials and finished goods.
- Use computer systems for data entry and reviewing work orders.
- Assist with SOP creation, inventory entry, and cross-training in other roles.
What We’re Looking For:

- Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and adapt to changing demands.
- Basic math and computer skills; ERP experience preferred.
- Safety-conscious and willing to work overtime as needed.
- Physically able to lift up to 130 lbs occasionally and perform repetitive tasks.
Work Environment:
- Manufacturing setting with exposure to heat, noise, dust, and machinery.
- PPE required (safety glasses, steel-toe boots, ear protection).
- Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the facility.
