Why us?

At The Edwin, Carter & Canary, food and beverage is more than service—it is an opportunity to create meaningful, memorable moments. Our restaurant, bar, and speakeasy are gathering places where guests and locals feel genuinely welcomed, surprised, and cared for through great food, thoughtful details, and warm hospitality.

From Colorado-inspired dishes to a perfectly timed recommendation, our F&B team looks for the small, personal ways to make every experience feel extraordinary. We bring Breckenridge’s adventurous spirit to every plate and pour, creating moments that delight all five senses and leave guests with a story worth sharing.

If you are passionate about making people feel seen, thrive in a lively social environment, and believe the most lasting hospitality comes from going thoughtfully beyond what is expected, you’ll feel right at home here in the mountains.

The application period will be open for approximately 30 days or until a suitable candidate is identified. We encourage qualified individuals to submit their applications within this timeframe.

Seasonal employment is anticipated between November 9, 2026 and April 30, 2027 with flexibility based on business volume and operational needs. Full-time and part-time opportunities available
