Enablement Manager

Overview

We are seeking our new Enablement Manager to join the Axway team!

The Enablement Manager is responsible for driving the readiness, productivity, and ongoing development of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Account Executives (AEs), and Sales Engineers (SEs) across the Americas region. This role will design and execute onboarding programs, lead strategic product and go-to-market enablement initiatives, and ensure field teams have the knowledge, skills, content, and tools needed to achieve revenue objectives.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and passionate about developing sales talent while translating product strategy into practical, field-ready execution.

Location: Scottsdale, AZ

Hybrid: 2 days onsite weekly

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable onboarding programs for SDRs, AEs, and SEs.
• Create and maintain role-based learning paths, certifications, and onboarding milestones.
• Develop training curricula that accelerate time-to-productivity while ensuring consistent onboarding experiences across the organization.
• Measure onboarding effectiveness through ramp metrics, certification completion, productivity benchmarks, and manager feedback.
• Partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, and Marketing leaders to align onboarding content with business objectives.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve ramp times and new hire readiness.

• Own and coordinate the Fusion enablement strategy across SDR, Sales, and SE organizations.
• Consolidate, organize, and distribute Fusion-related content including:
• Value propositions
• Messaging and positioning
• Customer success stories
• Competitive intelligence
• Objection handling resources
• Proof points and use cases
• Coordinate the rollout of SDR prospecting plays and AE opportunity plays to support pipeline creation and deal progression.
• Ensure SEs have the technical training, demo environments, and positioning frameworks necessary to effectively communicate Fusion's value.
• Drive adoption through structured training programs, communications, office hours, reinforcement activities, and certification programs.
• Track adoption and engagement metrics to measure enablement effectiveness and business impact.

• Translate product releases, Amplify updates, and strategic initiatives into field-ready training and enablement assets.
• Partner closely with Product Marketing and Sales Leadership to align messaging and rollout strategies.
• Coordinate enablement launches for new products, enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
• Conduct regular refresher training on Axway solutions to address knowledge gaps and strengthen seller confidence.
• Ensure all customer-facing teams maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Axway portfolio and can effectively identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

SDR Enablement

• Deliver training focused on:
• Prospecting strategies
• Account research
• Messaging and outreach
• Qualification methodologies
• Discovery fundamentals
• Meeting-to-SAL conversion best practices
• Reinforce skills through coaching programs, workshops, certifications, and call reviews.

AE Enablement

• Develop programs that strengthen:
• Discovery techniques
• Value-based selling
• Pipeline generation
• Opportunity management
• Deal strategy
• Negotiation
• Closing skills
• Partner with sales leaders to identify skill gaps and implement targeted development programs.

SE Enablement

• Deliver training focused on:
• Technical discovery
• Solution storytelling
• Executive presentations
• Product demonstrations
• Customer engagement strategies
• Alignment with technical and business stakeholders
• Maintain demo readiness standards and support ongoing technical competency development.

Qualifications

Required

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Sales Training, or related roles.
• Experience supporting SDR, Sales, and/or Sales Engineering organizations.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and enterprise software sales cycles.
• Experience building onboarding programs, certifications, and sales training curricula.
• Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives involving Sales, Product Marketing, Product Management, and Revenue Operations.
• Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience measuring enablement effectiveness through data and performance metrics.
• Experience working in SaaS companies

Preferred

• Familiarity with sales methodologies and qualification frameworks.
• Experience supporting global or multi-regional sales teams.
