Schedule:
Rotating PRN Shift; main schedule 1x per week 10:00 AM - 11:30 PM, flexibility with advanced notice to work 4:00 AM - 5:30 PM or 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM for operational demands if needed.
Rotates preferred scheduled days Sunday - Saturday
Includes weekend rotations, holiday rotations, and on-call weekend rotations.

Key Responsibilities
Maintains a 24/7 live schedule using Kronos to complete real-time staffing, timekeeping and scheduling for the system.
Maintains Kronos, related systems and records to support IUHWFC.
Performs daily operations and special projects related to 24/7 live schedule.
Ensures resources are properly allocated to increase flexibility and adaptability to support patient care across the system.

Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED is required. Associates Degree preferred.
Requires flexibility in scheduling due to 24/7 responsibilities (includes weekends/holidays).
Requires ability to function in a team-oriented environment.
Requires ability to use Microsoft Office.
Preferred experience with handling confidential information.
Preferred 1-2 years in customer service industry.
Preferred Kronos experience (timekeeping and scheduler).
