Lead With Purpose. Empower Youth. Change Lives.

At VOA, we believe every young person deserves safety, belonging, and the opportunity to build a brighter future. As the Crosswalk Shelter Supervisor, you'll help lead Spokane's only 24/7 low-barrier emergency shelter for youth ages 13-17. This is more than a supervision role. It is an opportunity to mentor staff, create stability for vulnerable youth, and help shape a safe, welcoming environment where healing and growth can happen every day. If you are a compassionate leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and believes in meeting youth where they are, we invite you to join a mission-driven team dedicated to Seeing People First and Empowering All to Thrive.
