Family Engagement Supervisor

Purpose:

Using a trauma-informed and family-centered framework, the Family Engagement Supervisor will provide family centered coaching to connect families with preventative supports, overcome barriers, set goals, and create networking opportunities that lead to family success. The Family Coach Supervisor will provide direct supervision of staff.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise staff
• Connect families to community resources
• Coordinate and facilitate group activities and plan special events for families
• Partner with families in developing goals
• Home visitation

Requirements: 

• Knowledge of community resources
• Ability to coach staff and customers
• An Associate's degree in Human Services and/or a combination of education/training and experience (professional or lived) is valued and highly considered
• A deep understanding of the value and significance of diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products and use of database systems
• Position requires some evening and weekend work

This is an Exempt position with a salary range of $40,000 - $41,000
