IT Coordinator - Production and Facilities - College of Creative Arts and Media

• Bachelor’s degree in a field relevant to Information Technology.
• A minimum of two (2) years technical experience in an IT related field.
  • Verifiable experience providing technical support for both Windows and Mac computer hardware (laptop, desktop and
    mobile devices) and the applicable software applications required by faculty, staff and students.
  • Experience managing, troubleshooting and supporting a wide variety of technologies and related equipment.
• Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience will be considered.
• All qualifications must be met by the time of employment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility and ability to work in fast-paced, high-intensity environment.
• Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure and handle high-stress situations with colleagues, guests, and students.
• Must be able to provide advanced technical support for various hardware platforms, operating systems, and software packages, including Microsoft Office, Office 365, Adobe Creative Suite, and other industry-specific applications.
• Proficiency with and ability to learn specialized software platforms and their installation and upkeep.
• Must have ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and be able to make decisions independently.
• Firm grasp of function of a creative arts facility, particularly in an educational setting.
• Ability to research, source and implement new technology solutions for daily operational functions.
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, walk, reach, and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle with either an automatic or standard transmission.
• Demonstrated ability to manage both long-term and short-term projects.
• Ability to make financial projections for projects and equipment.
