Guest Services Representative- Residence Inn by Marriott Hazleton, PA

Are you a people person with a passion for hospitality? Residence inn by Marriott is looking for a friendly, professional Front Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for our guests. Must be able to work 3pm -11pm and 11pm-7am shifts. You'll play a key role in creating a memorable stay by providing exceptional service from check-in to check-out.

• Welcome Guests: Provide a warm, genuine greeting and manage the registration process efficiently.
• Manage Reservations: Handle bookings, cancellations, and room assignments using our property management system.
• Be the Local Expert: Offer helpful information on hotel amenities, local attractions, transportation, and dining.
• Problem Solve: Respond quickly and professionally to guest requests or concerns to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Financial Tasks: Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate billing records. Close all daily reports.    

• Great Communicator: You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Multi-tasker: You can stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable using computers and eager to learn.
• Reliable Team Player: You are dependable and enjoy collaborating with housekeeping and other departments.
• Professional: You maintain a polished appearance and a positive, helpful demeanor at all times.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
