Overview

Great hair. New skills. A team to grow with.

At Drybar, we operate on a straightforward philosophy: excel in one area and perfect it. For us, that is blowouts. Our tagline encapsulates our mission: No cuts. No color. Just blowouts, every single time!

Love styling hair and making people feel their best? We’d love to meet you! Drybar Bentonville is looking for friendly, motivated stylists who want to build their skills, connect with clients, and grow their careers in beauty.

No cuts. No color. Just blowouts. You’ll focus on creating beautiful styles and giving clients an experience that leaves them feeling confident, refreshed, and ready for whatever’s next.

Why join our team?

• Earn hourly pay plus tips, with commission opportunities.

• Receive hands-on training and guidance from our Shop Educator and Manager.

• Build confidence in blowouts, braids, updos, and finishing techniques.

• Work alongside a team that values creativity, connection, and helping each other succeed.

• Develop skills that can support future opportunities in education and leadership.

What you’ll do

Consult with clients, shampoo and style hair, recommend products and service upgrades, and help keep our shop clean, welcoming, and running smoothly. We take pride in beautiful results, timely appointments, and making every client feel cared for.

Who we’re looking for

You’re dependable, friendly, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a busy environment. You welcome feedback, enjoy being part of a team, and have availability to work at least one weekend day.

Already licensed in Arkansas? We’d love to hear from you. Interested in hairstyling but not yet licensed? Ask us about training toward Arkansas’s Registered Hairstylist license and whether that pathway is right for you.

You don’t have to arrive knowing every Drybar style - we’re looking for people with passion, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to grow.

Hey cosmetology students!!  We also accept applications from those attending cosmetology school! In Arkansas, we offer training with our Shop Educator and Manager to help you qualify for a Registered Hairstylist license, allowing you to provide hairstyling services at our shop within the scope of that license.

Apply today and tell us a little about yourself. We can’t wait to meet you! 💛
