What you'll be doing

U.S. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Governance plays an important role in strengthening our AML and Sanctions framework and supporting effective second line of defense oversight. As a Senior Manager, US AML Governance, you'll lead key governance programs that help ensure our practices are well designed, consistently executed, and aligned with evolving U.S. regulatory expectations. You'll own governance activities across Regulatory Compliance Management, Known & Emerging Risks, and Records Management, while promoting strong program discipline, clear documentation, and meaningful risk visibility. You'll work closely with Enterprise AML, Compliance, Risk, and business partners to support effective oversight, escalation, and decision-making. Through your leadership, you'll identify opportunities to strengthen governance processes, recordkeeping, and risk monitoring across the U.S. AML and Sanctions framework.

At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 3+ days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
