The Service Supervisor is responsible for supporting front-end operations, leading customer service associates, and helping ensure an exceptional shopping experience for customers. This position assists with daily service execution, cashier oversight, operational compliance, cash-handling procedures, and associate development. The Service Supervisor works closely with store leadership to maintain efficient operations, high customer satisfaction, and adherence to company standards.

• Supervise daily front-end operations and customer service activities.
• Provide direction and support to cashiers, courtesy clerks, and service associates.
• Monitor checkout efficiency and customer wait times.
• Ensure adequate staffing and front-end coverage throughout the day.
• Assist in coordinating breaks, lunches, and workflow assignments.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and promote a customer-first culture.
• Address customer concerns, complaints, and service issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist customers with returns, exchanges, refunds, and special requests.
• Promote loyalty programs, store initiatives, and customer engagement opportunities.
• Foster a welcoming and positive shopping environment.

• Assist with training, coaching, and onboarding front-end associates.
• Reinforce customer service standards and operational expectations.
• Provide performance feedback and recognize associate achievements.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.
• Support store leadership in maintaining associate engagement.

• Assist with cash office responsibilities, register accountability, and till audits.
• Ensure proper cash-handling procedures are followed.
• Monitor compliance with company policies and operational standards.
• Support front-end audits and documentation requirements.
• Assist in reducing operational errors and shortages.

• Promote a safe environment for customers and associates.
• Support loss prevention efforts through awareness and operational compliance.
• Ensure associates follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Report and address safety hazards, incidents, and operational concerns.
• Assist with emergency response procedures when necessary.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail, customer service, cashier, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Basic math, cash-handling, and computer proficiency.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
