- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related engineering discipline from an accredited university.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Minimum 7 years of related professional experience.
- Demonstrated project management experience, including managing scope, schedule, budget, and client expectations.
- Experience supporting planning, permitting, design, and construction phases of environmental and civil engineering projects.
- Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with engineering software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcGIS/GIS, MicroStation, Revit/BIM, and related design tools preferred.
- Familiarity with stormwater modeling, solid waste systems, sustainability initiatives, biogas projects, and/or remediation projects preferred.
- Proposal writing and business development experience preferred.
- Professional society involvement preferred.
- 40-hour HAZWOPER certification preferred.
- Available for project-related and marketing travel as needed.
