Business Support Specialist

Job overview: 

Schneider is seeking a Senior Business Support Specialist in Green Bay to provide quality assurance and process improvement for accessorial charges through auditing. The Senior Business Support Specialist will be responsible for investigating collection disputes, identifying opportunities to capture additional revenue and improving accessorial processes. 

Responsibilities: 

• Act as the primary contact for escalated accessional questions and issues. 
• Build relationships with internal and external customers through open communication, follow-ups and timely problem resolution. 
• Identify potential process concerns and work through them with accessorial stakeholders. 
• Identify opportunities to capture additional accessorial revenue. 
• Analyze key factor reporting of detention measurements.
