PRODUCT SPECIALIST I
POSITION OBJECTIVE
- Provide assistance to Marketing/Sales teams on various internal supports for business activities. Work with related departments to achieve optimal customer satisfaction while meeting the best interests of Divisional Goal.
- Act as a liaison between Plant and customers to facilitate timely shipments.
- Monitor sales activities in order to achieve the projected sales targets while maintaining proper PSI balance.
MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY
- Sales Target Management.
- Production Schedule planning.
- Inventory management.
- Order processing.
- Customer complaint handling.
- Business reports preparation.
- Perform market research in order to understand the market conditions.
- Other tasks/projects as assigned by supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous Related Experience Required
- College graduate with 2-3 years business/marketing coordination related work experience is preferred.
Technical Skills Required to Perform This Job
- Must be computer literate.
- Must be proficient with Windows, Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Outlook.
Education
- College graduate required
