We're hiring Full-Time Registered Nurses (RN), days & nights, and PRN and charge nurses for both days & nights as well as for both days & nights - who want to grow their career and critical care skills. Our team of Registered Nurses excel in their field and utilize all their skills in our critical care environment while playing a significant role on the multi-disciplinary team. Registered Nurse Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive patient assessments and providing nursing care to medically complex patients
- Providing care for patients and management of their conditions, with regard to vital signs and lab work
- Collaborating with Physicians and various disciplines within the hospital in order to manage patient care
- Assisting the medical staff with in-house procedures Interacting and communicating with patient family members
- RN License (MO)
- Minimum 1 year of hospital experience, ICU &/or TCU (stepdown) experience preferred
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Ability to assess patients quickly in emergency situations in stressful environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Superior analytical and critical thinking skills, team, detail and goal oriented
- Positive, professional and empathetic demeanor
