Responsibilities
Opportunity to be part of an exciting team that will be sure to see more growth in the future. This team is responsible for the creation of an analytic that is having an impact on world events. This group works closely with the mission group, so they can see immediate impacts their work is having. There is an on-call component to this position.
Highly Desired:
- Willingness to support on-call status rotated throughout the team
- Familiarity with Git, Kubernetes, Docker, or comparable DevOps experience
- Familiarity with Spring Framework/Spring Batch
- Familiarity with databases such as MongoDB and Elasticsearch
- Familiarity with test frameworks such as Junit and Mockito
- Familiarity with UI frameworks such as ReactJS
- Familiarity with agency data flow formats and standards
- Familiarity with analyst toolkit applications
- Recent work experience with Java (Maven) with some Python
- Recent work experience with Streaming data frameworks (Flink, Spring Cloud Data Flow)

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with current polygraph required
- At least eight (8) years of experience in software development/engineering, including requirements analysis, software development, installation, integration, evaluation, enhancement, maintenance, testing, and problem diagnosis/resolution
- Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required
- Five (5) years of additional software engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree
One of the following certifications is required:
- AWS Certified Developer-Associate
- AWS DevOps Engineer Professional
- Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD)
- Elastic Certified Engineer
