Senior Digital Production Lead

• Technical degree or certificate in CAD, drafting, civil engineering technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Minimum 8 years of related CAD, digital production, or transportation design experience.
• Advanced proficiency with applicable 2D and 3D CAD software, plan and sheet production, common data environments, and model or drawing coordination tools.
• Experience leading CAD production for multidisciplinary transportation projects, including project setup, standards implementation, schedule coordination, file-health reviews, and quality control.
• Advanced understanding of engineering concepts, transportation plan-development workflows, relevant industry standards, and discipline requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve complex production issues, communicate with project leadership, mentor staff, and manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and organization.
