The Arc Erie County New York is seeking a motivated and professional Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer to provide essential administrative support to our executive leadership team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with agency leadership, contribute to important organizational initiatives, and make a meaningful impact at a mission-driven nonprofit!

What You’ll Do

• Manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare professional correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate communications, confidential records, and contract approvals.
• Track assignments and provide follow-up on executive priorities.
• Serve as a professional representative of the Executive Office.
• Anticipate needs, solve problems, and keep daily operations organized.

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and office technology.
