Composites Universal Group (CUG) is seeking a detail-oriented Document Control Assistant to support our Quality and Supply Chain teams. No aerospace experience is required. If you're organized, enjoy working with data and documentation, and are eager to learn, we'll provide the training you need to succeed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
• Accurate data entry and recordkeeping skills
• Ability to learn new software systems, including ERP systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to follow established procedures and quality standards
• Prior administrative, clerical, records management, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Familiarity with AS9100, ISO quality systems, purchasing, receiving, or ERP/MRP systems is a plus
• Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Must be able to successfully pass a criminal history background check

Essential Duties

• Prepare, revise, distribute, and maintain controlled documents, including work instructions, process specifications, travelers, and forms
• Maintain document control records and track revision status in accordance with AS9100 requirements
• Receive, review, log, and file material certifications while identifying missing or incomplete documentation
• Support lot traceability and retrieve records for audits and customer requests
• Assist with purchase order entry, order tracking, and vendor communications
• Support receiving documentation and reconcile packing slips, purchase orders, and invoices
• Create and maintain spreadsheets, logs, and tracking documents using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Perform accurate data entry and provide general administrative support to both office and manufacturing teams
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday through Friday
• Schedule and shift details to be discussed during the interview process

Rate of Pay

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience
