Education & Community Liaison

Description

Education & Community Liaison oversees Nu Image Surgical interactions with the referral education programs and community events. Their   duties include but are not limited to:

• Support education and brand strategy including training programs, continuing education (CE), study clubs to drive knowledge and support the Nu Image brand through after hour CE programs and community events.
• Work closely with marketing team for business strategy and referral activities
• Provide insight and relevant experience to support creating Marketing tools and assets
• Assess course content, modes of delivery, and provide recommended changes and improvements to courses
• Stay abreast of dental topics and stay ahead of  industry trends for effective meetings
• Proactively involved with marketing team efforts to achieve departmental and Nu Image company goals
• Support Nu Image doctors and field team with Lunch & Learns in referring offices. Build a rapport with referring doctors        and team members while providing lunch in their office

This individual must possess the ability to make favorable impressions with referring doctors, dental teams, and vendors.

Patient Population. Served: Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult and Geriatric, and all referring doctors and team members

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORKING CONDITIONS

Essential Functions: Requires full range of body motion   including manual and finger and eye-hand coordination. Requires standing and walking for extensive periods. Requires occasional stooping, bending and lifting up to 50 pounds. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range. Requires working under stressful conditions.

Marginal  Functions: Stair climbing

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Demonstrates initiative, takes action, and drives for results
• Effective communication skills (written, oral, & presentation)
• Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills
• Strong  project management
• A demonstrated proficiency in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Canva – and ability to develop and deliver effective        presentations.
• Customer-oriented with a passion for delivering results and an ability to inspire the same for their team.

Outside Relationship: Patients, Referral Offices, Referral Team Members, Doctors, Vendors

Interaction With Other

Budget:  Utilizes Supplies Efficiently to Avoid Excessive and Unnecessary Expenses. Complies with annual 

Marketing Budget

Assets Controlled: Information, Time Management, Promotional Materials, Company Credit Card, and Supply Resources.

Requirements

Education:  2 year degree 

Special Qualifications: Must be able to work independently.

Experience: 1-2 years of marketing or sales experience.
