Echelon Supply & Service is seeking a driven, customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to build relationships, grow sales, and deliver responsive solutions to customers. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional—or someone looking to build a sales career—to represent a respected distributor of industrial and hydraulic hose, fittings, and related products.

The Inside Sales Representative will manage and expand an established customer base while identifying opportunities with inactive and prospective accounts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and can balance customer service with a strong focus on sales growth.

What You’ll Do

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profitability goals.

• Manage, retain, and grow an existing customer base through proactive outreach, account follow-up, and exceptional service.

• Identify new business opportunities by engaging prospective customers and reactivating inactive accounts.

• Respond to customer inquiries, prepare quotations, recommend products, and follow up to secure business.

• Promote Echelon’s products and capabilities to MRO, OEM, and end-user customers.

• Build trusted customer relationships by understanding operational needs and providing timely, practical solutions.

• Conduct outbound sales calls and customer outreach to generate opportunities and expand account penetration.

• Use CRM and marketing platforms to document calls, quotations, customer activity, and opportunities.

• Partner with outside sales, operations, purchasing, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Stay informed of product offerings, market conditions, and customer trends to identify growth opportunities.

What You Bring

• A motivated, self-directed approach and a genuine interest in helping customers.

• Sales experience is preferred, but candidates with strong customer service, industrial distribution, or related experience are encouraged to apply.

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.

• The ability to manage multiple priorities and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.

• Comfort working independently while contributing as part of a collaborative team.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.

• A bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred, but not required.
