JOB SUMMARY: 

To safely clean and sanitize processing rooms and equipment while understanding and complying with all Food Safety and Safety policies and procedures.  Perform self-inspection (pre-op) in preparation for inspection by Quality Assurance and USDA.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Other duties may be assigned) 

• Using high pressure hoses and chemical applications, clean all bins and trays.
• Ensure all bins and trays meet all sanitation standards as required by USDA.
• Operate Pallet jack
• Operate tray wash machine

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• Previous experience is preferred, but not required for this position

• No formal education is required
