Update property listings, website content, and other online marketing materials to ensure information is accurate and current.
Create and schedule social media content promoting properties, agents, the brokerage, and local communities.
Assist with email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and other communications.
Help develop creative ways to promote listings and increase property exposure.
Work with agents and brokers to gather property information, photos, and other materials needed for marketing.
Maintain consistent branding across property listings, social media, print materials, and digital platforms.
Coordinate with photographers, videographers, graphic designers, printers, and other outside vendors.
Assist with digital advertising and online promotional campaigns.
Monitor social media engagement, website activity, and campaign results, and share updates with management.
Help coordinate open houses, broker events, property launches, community events, and other sales-related activities.
Research local real estate trends, competing listings, and marketing ideas.
Keep marketing calendars, project timelines, listing materials, and digital content organized.
Provide day-to-day marketing support to agents and the sales team.

Understanding of how real estate listings, property promotion, and marketing support the sales process.
Experience with social media, digital marketing, website content, and email marketing.
Experience creating marketing materials using Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar design tools.
Strong writing, proofreading, and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail, particularly when working with property descriptions, pricing, photography, and listing information.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with agents, brokers, and other team members.

Experience marketing luxury real estate, resort properties, vacation homes, second homes, or new developments.
Familiarity with the Northwest Florida, Emerald Coast, 30A, Destin, or Miramar Beach real estate markets.
Experience with MLS and online real estate listing platforms.
Experience with real estate CRM systems and lead-generation tools.
Experience coordinating property photography, video, and virtual tours.
Experience with paid social media advertising or other digital advertising platforms.
Experience working with luxury brands or lifestyle-focused marketing.
Associate or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is organized, creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced real estate environment. You understand that marketing a property involves more than posting photos online. It means presenting the property well, highlighting what makes it special, reaching potential buyers, and giving agents the tools they need to market and sell successfully.
You enjoy creating content, keeping projects on track, and working with different people and priorities throughout the day. You are comfortable handling the details, meeting deadlines, and finding new ways to promote properties and the communities around them.
An interest in luxury real estate and the lifestyle of the Emerald Coast is a must.
