Childcare Worker

Vineyard Columbus is hiring Childcare Team Members who have experience serving children ages 1-12. This is a part-time, as-needed position, offering a flexible schedule during evenings and weekends. You will provide quality care to the children so families can attend classes, events and conferences.

Who you are:

• Have a love for children
• Ability to build rapport and interact well with children

 In this role, you will:

• Prepare classrooms, greet and welcome families and children
• Ensure the safety of children in a classroom environment 
• Engage with children in age-appropriate activities
• Lead programming that will inspire their faith journey
• Follow proper training and safety protocols 

You will need: 

• Weekend/evening availability
• Previous experience caring for children
• Strong stamina and flexibility for week-to-week childcare needs
• A satisfactory background check
