Job Title: Bioprocess Logistics Specialist

• Pay: $20.00/hr (Day Shift) | $20.80/hr (Night Shift)

• Location: 600 Airport Blvd, Suite 1300, Morrisville, NC 27560 (RTP / Morrisville Area)

• Schedule: 2-2-3 Schedule from 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am

• Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

  • Ability to follow detailed SOPs, GMP guidelines, and complete operational logs

  • Bioworks certification preferred, but not required!

What You’ll Do

As a Bioprocess Logistics Specialist, you will support daily cleanroom operations, biowaste management, and facility sanitation in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment. Working as a key Cleanroom Logistics / Material Handler, your core duties include:

• Transporting raw materials, equipment, totes, and cages safely across facility locations.

• Serving as a GMP Logistics & Sanitation Technician by operating site machinery, autoclaves, and carrying out routine cleanroom sanitation protocols.

• Managing biowaste handling and disposal following strict site safety and SOP guidelines.

• Accurately maintaining operational logs, records, and mandatory compliance sign-offs.

• Strictly adhering to client-mandated gowning and PPE requirements.

• Physical stamina to stand, walk, crouch, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout your shift.

• Strong communication skills and attention to safety and detail.

• Willingness to learn biowaste handling, machinery operation, and cleanroom protocols.
