GENERAL SUMMARY:

As a key member of our AI and Knowledge team, the AI Intern will support the firm's AI fluency, adoption, training and resource-management initiatives while gaining hands-on exposure to legal technology and Generative AI.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Resource Development:

·     Assist with the development and maintenance of the firm’s centralized resource site on Generative AI.

·     Assist with periodic updates of resources to ensure they remain current and accurate.

·     Propose enhancements to the site and its content as well as novel ways to effectively communicate information about AI.

AI Adoption and Fluency:

·     Assist with initiatives that promote awareness, adoption, and effective use of firm-approved AI tools.

·     Help prepare training materials, presentations, guides, and other resources used in AI training.

·     Assist with the rollout and adoption of AI tools and initiatives, helping coordinate pilots, track feedback, support training efforts, and contribute to successful implementation across the firm.

·     Conduct periodic quality assurance reviews of training and adoption tracking data to identify errors, inconsistencies, and missing information.
