Mercy Clinic General Surgery is seeking a full-time, BC/BE Acute Care Surgeon to join our growing team in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Step into a high‑demand market and serve a diverse regional population of 450,000+, supported by the strength and resources of a fully integrated, not‑for‑profit health system. 

Acute Care Surgery – Fort Smith 

• Join a group of 5 General Elective Surgeons, 3 Acute Care Surgeons & 3 Acute Care Nurse Practitioners 

• 11 OR’s and 24/7 Staff and Anesthesia coverage  

• New ER & ICU   

• Very busy level 3 trauma center with 60,000+ annual ER visits 

Compensation & Benefits
