Life Enrichment Assistant-Rochester Hills

Full-Time | American House Senior Living Community (Rochester Hills, MI)

Pay Rate: $16 per hour

Do you enjoy creating meaningful experiences and building connections with seniors? We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Life Enrichment Assistant to support activities, events, and wellness programs that enhance residents' quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Support the Life Enrichment director in the execution of the Whole Person Model.
• Lead activities designed by the Life Enrichment Director including arts and crafts, puzzles and games, essential exercise programming, etc.
• Together with the Life Enrichment team, work collaboratively with the Culinary team on special events. 
• Welcome and orient new residents.
• Assist with community tours and special events.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain resident satisfaction.
• Required to work weekends. 

Qualifications

• Experience in activities, recreation, senior living, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic technology and social media skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Availability to work on weekends and occasional evenings or special events.
