The Senior Sourcing Specialist develops, negotiates, and manages strategic agreements for materials, services, and equipment to deliver enterprise-wide value. This role partners with Commercial, Operations, Engineering, Legal, and Finance teams to execute sourcing strategies that optimize cost, mitigate risk, ensure supply continuity, and support business growth. The ideal candidate brings strong commercial acumen, strategic sourcing expertise, contract management experience, and the ability to influence stakeholders and suppliers to achieve positive business outcomes. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Identify and evaluate sourcing opportunities through spend, market, and business analysis.
Leverage company-wide spending to drive supplier consolidation, cost optimization, and value creation.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies, including RFx events and contract negotiations.
Lead negotiations and secure favorable contractual outcomes.
Evaluate supplier proposals and provide award recommendations based on total cost of ownership (TCO).
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and strategic suppliers.
Lead supplier performance management and continuous improvement initiatives.
Resolve supplier-related issues and develop corrective action plans as needed.
Monitor market trends and category dynamics to identify opportunities and mitigate procurement risks.
Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Engineering, Legal, Safety, and Finance to develop new agreements and contract amendments.
Manage contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, redlining, and interpreting contractual terms, risks, and obligations.
