- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related field from an accredited program and 10 years related engineering, consulting, project management, or alternate delivery experience, preferably within the A/E industry required.
- 15 years of experience preferred.
- Experience managing complex, transportation design or design-build projects.
- Experience with proposal development, project planning, budget management, scheduling, and client coordination.
- Experience working with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and manage multiple concurrent assignments.
- Strong collaboration, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to positively influence others and effectively manage project execution activities.
- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information to clients, leadership, and project teams.
- Must be proficient in the use of computer software (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
- Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) certification preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) preferred.
