Program Manager - Facilities (Multiple Locations)

Our Global Program Management Organization is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the successful delivery of large, complex capital programs across a diverse portfolio of facilities and infrastructure projects. This leadership role is ideal for a proven professional with extensive experience managing programs that may include federal government facilities (DOE, DOD), data centers, manufacturing and industrial facilities, advanced technology campuses, or other large-scale commercial and institutional developments. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to clients and executive stakeholders while leading multidisciplinary teams through every phase of project and program delivery.

As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading a diverse team in the successful delivery of complex programs & projects, from inception through final close-out, including the development and implementation of processes, procedures, strategy, execution plans, resource planning, risk management, and reporting tools. You will lead the program management team in a dynamic and profitable manner based on Burns & McDonnell's core values of client satisfaction, commitment, dedication, integrity, safety and overall outstanding service. 

What you will do:

• Lead the development and execution of overall Program strategic business initiatives to achieve goals and objectives.

• Provide leadership to the Program team; direct and coordinate the work of a multi-disciplined team, and ensure the efficient and cost-effective utilization of staff.

• Be client facing and working with senior client leadership on reporting, issues resolution, and relationship building.

• Responsible for driving systems integration and the implementation of data collection, data management, data analytics and reporting tools to drive efficiency in reporting to enable strategic decisions regarding program budgets and schedule risks.

• Responsible for management of Program budget and expenditure of funds.

• Achieve stated targets and standards for the Program financial performance.

• Present monthly financial information to leadership including project revenue forecasts.

• Support strategies for cross-selling engineering services across the organization.

• Responsible for the recruitment, development, training, and retention of staff.

• Responsible for conducting performance evaluations for department staff.

• Provide leadership, guidance, and instruction to the department.

• Responsible for interpreting the organization's policies, purposes, and goals to staff.

• Responsible for overall QA/QC process adherence.

• Enforce compliance with company and site safety policies.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Complies with all policies and standards.
