- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction, or a related field from an accredited program, with a minimum of 7 years of related professional experience in design and/or project management required; 10–15 years preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited program and a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in the design of generation and distribution for mechanical utility systems preferred.
- Professional Engineering licensure in the Mechanical discipline preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in the leadership and/or management of engineering teams highly preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to clearly and effectively present complex information to all levels of employees, management, and clients.
- Ability to thoughtfully and positively influence, lead, and manage change.
- Strong project management skills and a strategic perspective.
- Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
