- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET accredited program with a minimum of 3 years of related experience (completion of master's degree in related field may be substituted for one year of experience).
- Highly effective communicator with clear and concise writing and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Previous consulting experience preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) strongly preferred.
