Requirements -

3 years working in an office environment
3 years working in a NOC/Operations or Service desk environment
Familiarity with networking technology - understanding how networking technologies work
Communication skills - Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Computer skills - must have knowledge of computer systems and how to use them
Must have experience with Microsoft Office products
Must be flexible to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift to fill in when requested
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
