UniClean, a specialized division of UniFirst Corporation, provides cleanroom cleaning and garment services to the pharmaceutical, biotech, semiconductor, electronics, and other controlled environment industries. Our specialized services help customers maintain the strict cleanliness and contamination-control standards required in these critical environments.
We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Cleanroom Services Supervisor to provide day-to-day leadership for cleanroom services within assigned customer locations. In this role, you’ll lead and support Cleanroom Cleaners, coordinate daily work, and help ensure services are performed according to customer procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements, and UniClean standards.
You’ll also serve as a key point of contact for customers within assigned locations and be responsible for team performance, training, scheduling, documentation, and compliance.
Responsibilities
•    Lead, coach, and supervise Cleanroom Cleaners, including scheduling, training, performance feedback, and day-to-day execution of work. Set clear expectations and support ongoing skill development.

•    Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily and on-demand cleaning activities in alignment with customer expectations and approved scope of work.

•    Ensure all cleaning and contamination-control activities are performed in strict accordance with customer procedures, GMP requirements, and established quality standards.

•    Maintain accountability for team compliance, including training completion and accuracy, proper documentation practices (GDP/ALCOA), gowning, controlled-environment behaviors, and adherence to established procedures. Address or immediately escalate deviations and compliance concerns.
•    Support the onboarding and qualification of new Cleanroom Cleaners, ensuring readiness for independent work and providing continued coaching and development.

•    Serve as the primary UniClean point of contact for assigned building(s), maintaining clear communication with customer representatives regarding scheduled work and operational needs.

•    Reinforce GMP behaviors, contamination-control practices, and a strong culture of quality, accountability, and continuous development across the team.

•    Escalate issues, risks, or scope-related concerns to UniClean management without interpreting or deviating from customer procedures. Assist with investigations related to contamination-control services and support implementation of corrective actions.
