Customer Service Representative - UniFirst First Aid + Safety

What we’re looking for:

• A high school diploma, or GED equivalent, is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Verbal & written communication skills in English: professional telephone and email etiquette. 
• Computer skills: proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, TEAMS, etc). Mas 200, Lotus Notes, and UPS/FedEx/Express work knowledge a plus.
• Comfortable performing basic mathematical skills (i.e. adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, etc.)
