Associate Concept Designer, PINK

Your Role 

This is an opportunity to be part of PINK's concept process and help steer where we go next. This person is highly creative with a great eye for fashion and consumer trends. With an ability to keep their finger on the pulse of what is new and next. Demonstrates a passion for PINK and possesses an understanding of our customer and how the trends connect back to our business through a variety of lens. Knowledge of all Adobe creative suite applications. Can take direction to create aesthetically pleasing and clear documents for presentations and special projects.  Is a self-starter who understands how to get work done in short intervals for delivery milestones. 

Your Impact 

• Assist in creating on-brand seasonal concepts that help guide the design process 

• Conduct trend & consumer mindset research, analysis & forecasting to inspire & instruct cross functional teams 

• Research big idea/volume driving trends that will positively impact & enhance the PINK design integrity 

• Support the creation of documents & in office presentations that capture the seasonal concepts & trend research 

• Help in developing new and maintain existing branding codes for product and design 

• Working on special projects connecting product to other areas of the business and tracking through entire life cycle
