The District Manager in Training program is a leadership development position which provides opportunities for high potential Store Managers to grow into multi-store leaders.  The District Manager in Training ensures the consistent delivery of performance expectations and drives profitable top-line sales growth.  This role manages the execution of operation standards including talent development, performance management, visual, staffing/recruitment, training and culture across their assigned stores and district. This role also ensures standards in all stores, regarding payroll hours, management mix, cash, inventory, fixtures and property and shrinkage goals.
