Hot Station Cook- Extra

·        High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

·        1–2 years of previous cooking experience, preferably in a hotel, resort, or high-volume restaurant setting.

·        Familiarity with various cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.

·        Ability to follow standardized recipes and plate presentations.

·        Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

·        Food Handler’s Certification (or ServSafe) required or must be obtained upon hire.

·        Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to moderate weight.

·        Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.

·        Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.

·        Passion for cooking and commitment to delivering high-quality food consistently.
