Central Plant Operations Supervisor

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience operating and maintaining central plant equipment and building mechanical systems.
• Advanced knowledge of:
  • Steam boiler systems
  • Chilled water plants and chillers
  • Cooling towers
  • Heat exchangers
  • Pumping systems
  • Water treatment systems
  • Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS)
  • Pneumatic and DDC control systems
• Demonstrated experience troubleshooting complex HVAC and control system issues.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures, preventive maintenance practices, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and respond to emergency situations as needed.
• Work a Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts

Preferred

• Experience with BAS platforms such as Honeywell, Siemens, Johnson Controls, Schneider Electric, Delta Controls, or similar systems.
• Experience with energy management and building optimization strategies.
• Boiler Operator Certification, Stationary Engineer License, or equivalent certification.
• Experience in hospitality, healthcare, campus, or large commercial facility environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and vendor management skills.
