Transportation Ambassador (Full-Time Winter Seasonal)

Required

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to remain standing and active for extended periods while working outdoors in winter conditions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable engaging with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules throughout the ski season.

Preferred

• Previous hospitality, guest services, transportation, or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of Deer Valley, Park City, and surrounding transportation systems.
• Experience working in a luxury hotel or resort environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in winter weather conditions.
• Occasional lifting and carrying of items up to 25 pounds.
• Frequent movement between shuttle pick-up areas and hotel public spaces.
