Qualifications: 

•           Status as a currently enrolled student, scheduled to graduate Spring 2028 or Fall/Winter 2027

•           Legal right to work in the United States 

•           Preferred majors are business, insurance, marketing, finance, statistics, or health sciences, however, all majors are encouraged to apply 

•           Experience with customer service and/or project management 

•           Ability to work both independently and in a fast-paced team environment 

•           Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and analytical skills 

•           Experience working in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) 

 AI Proficiency Required: Intermediate: candidates should be able to:

• Effectively use generative AI tools for research, analysis, communication, and workflow optimization.
• Validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and appropriateness.
• Apply sound judgment regarding data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve team effectiveness through responsible use of AI.
