Onsite Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a customer-focused and dependable On-Site Customer Service Specialist to support package receiving, delivery, printing, and office services operations within a university campus environment. This is a hands-on role that combines customer service, package logistics, and office support. The ideal candidate enjoys staying active, interacting with customers, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced setting.

• Receive, track, sort, and organize incoming packages using internal tracking systems.
• Deliver packages throughout a connected multi-building campus environment.
• Assist customers with package pickups and respond to service-related inquiries.
• Support shipping and receiving operations and maintain accurate records.
• Perform basic copy, print, and document production services (training provided).
• Provide professional customer service while meeting service level expectations.
• Operate carts and transport packages safely throughout the facility.
• Maintain organized work areas and follow operational procedures and safety guidelines.
• Support additional office services tasks as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, package handling, mailroom, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Experience supporting copy, print, or office services.
• Familiarity with package tracking systems or inventory tools.

• Frequently walk between locations within a campus setting.
• Lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Push carts and transport packages throughout the day.
• Regular bending, reaching, standing, and movement are required.
